I’ve been waiting for this music to be released for more than 10 years, and it’s as glorious as I had imagined. Read all about this legendary concert here.

Although the Congolese bands had to play very truncated versions of their songs due to time limits, it’s still a thrill to hear Tabu Ley & Afrisa and Franco et le TP O.K. Jazz perform at the height of their powers. The vocals, brass and guitars will knock you out.
